1. All necessary loan documents must be submitted within 72 hours after you have received your loan estimate.
2. Once we receive your documents, our Principal Lending Manager will review all paperwork and submit your loan to underwriting.
3. An appraisal is ordered as soon as you've provided an intent to proceed with the mortgage loan.
4. Our Fast-Track Email Updates will notify you of your loan's progress and promote action when necessary.
We have found that demanding prompt action, from all parties involved, within the first 72 hours keeps everyone committed throughout the purchase transaction and allows for a quick closing.
